I choose to immerse myself in holistic practises, using my voice chanting, fasting, meditation rest in lucid dreaming to heal my illness completely, and end the cycle where I felt stuck, quite lost and did not wish to be alive.. My curiosity led me to meet experts who have healed themselves and many others successfully in modalities which are not intrusive to bring back balance and awareness. Growing as an instructor, facilitator and gaining access to the subconscious mind’s to feelings and memories, thought forms learned to embrace the authentic unique self in acceptance creating from there.
